Yeah, that’s the one. I’ve been thinking about joining myself for a while now.
What made you interested in joining Avon?
Well, I’ve been using their products for years, and I really love them. Plus, I’ve been looking for a way to make some extra money on the side. I’m in the same boat hun, my wages just don’t cover everything at the minute!
If you’ve looked into it, How does joining Avon work?
It’s pretty simple really. You sign up as a representative with Reps Earn and you get your own website where you can sell Avon products to your friends, family, and anyone else who’s interested. You get to use their gorgeous brochures as well, my mum has already said she would love to get one! You also get a discount on products you buy for yourself.
That sounds easy enough. Do you have to pay anything to join?
Yeah, there is a small fee to sign up, but it’s not very much and Reps Earn will show you how to start earning commission from day one so I might not even have to pay it out my own pocket! Plus, you get a starter kit that includes some products to get you started.
What kind of products do they sell?
You’ve seen them surely. They sell all sorts, makeup, skincare, fragrance, and even home goods. I love their candles, helps me destress lol.
That sounds good right now. So, how much money can you make by selling Avon products?
It really depends on how much time and effort you put into it. You earn a commission on the products you sell, so the more you sell, the more money you make BUT Reps Earn have something called ‘Cheat Sheets’ so if you don’t know what your doing it doesn’t matter because they show you step by step. Easy.
Do you have to meet any sales targets or anything like that? Am I going to get pressured to sell?
No! Because you can earn as much or as little as you want there is no pressure to sell sell sell. I thought there was but there isn’t. There are different levels of commission you can earn, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% or 32%…. obviously the more you sell the more you earn but people LOVE Avon products and Reps Earn will help me so I am aiming for 25% to start with.
What about training and support? Do they provide that?
Yeah, like I say Reps Earn are amazing. Did you know they were nominated for an Award in 2022 for their training? It looks brilliant. They have loads of videos to show you what to do, its all online and easy to follow and they are always on hand to ask any questions. They have a big team of established reps as well so you can ask questions in their Whatsapp group.

Do you have to be really good at sales thought to be successful with Avon?
Not necessarily. Of course, being good at sales helps, but it’s not the only factor. You just have to be passionate about the products, talking to people, follow the training and willing to put in a bit of effort to sell them.
