If your customer would like to order from the brochure, they will complete an order form…..

• The customer completes an order form
• You order the products, they will be delivered to your home address
• You put them in a nice bag to deliver to the customer,
• Collect the money from the customer (the full price of the products in the brochure),
• Pay Avon (the full price less your commission e.g. £100’s worth of products, you are on 25% Commission, so you pay Avon £75.00)
• The cash left is your commission!

As an Avon Rep, you get access to what we call Avon Social.

Avon share hundreds of professionally designed photos of the products to share with our customers Online. They even give you a write up for each product in case you don’t know what to say. All you do is copy and paste and put in your Online Store link so when customers see if they shop with you.

You can work the hours you want, at whatever time of day you want. It is totally flexible to fit around you.

Some people canvas with their brochures after work in the evenings/weekends and some people deliver their brochures during the day whilst the kids are at school.

Joining Avon to earn an extra income around other jobs is a great idea.

You are paid Commission on very sale you make from £1.00.

As a new Avon Rep up can earn up to 30% Commission.

Once you have been with use for 3 months you can earn up to 32% Commission.

There are 2 ways to get your commission.

When you use your brochures, you are paid your commission every time you make a delivery to your customers.

You deliver your customers order, you collect their money, you then pay Avon for the products you ordered and the remaining cash is your Commission.

For online sales, Avon will send any commission you earn to your bank a week in arrears. If you have an invoice for a brochure order, Avon will take your commission off the total due to reduce it. For example, you have an invoice for £100, you make online commission of £10 Avon will reduce your invoice to £90.

You will then have extra cash in your hand once you have collected payment from the customer and paid Avon for the order.

Remember, this is a commission based role NOT an employed role so there are no ‘wages’ each month, just commission.

Of course! Once upon a time each Avon Rep had a ‘Patch’ but now, any Rep can find new customers from anywhere in the UK.

When it comes to being a Sales Leader with Avon, Yes, you are recruiting people to join your team to sell Avon. They make money, you make money but Mark’s & Spencers also employ a manager to run their shoes and encourage their staff to Up Sell to their customers.
